Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

What Is Your Return Policy?

At Kawaiinette, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

You may choose one of the following options:

  • Free return shipping for an exchange, or

  • Store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the full value of the returned item(s)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your exchange or store credit accordingly.


Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged, defective, or ill-fitting item

Once approved, we will email you a free return shipping label with your name and address.

Please pack the item(s) securely—preferably in the original packaging—and ensure they are returned in good condition. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received, your exchange or store credit will be processed promptly.


Order Cancellations

We are happy to assist with cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled after 24 hours

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy instead

Refund eligibility:

  • If the order has not yet shipped, a full refund will be issued

  • If the order has been partially shipped, the remaining items will be canceled and refunded

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • If a discount or promo code was used, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at

Refunds

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for store credit or refunds to be processed (depending on your payment provider)

  • If an item is not delivered within 30 days, you may choose between:

    • A replacement item of equal value, or

    • A refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable)

Items returned that do not meet our return conditions may be refused or discarded, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
